PROS:
.......Reception has been very good so far on AT&T's 3G network, with the Tilt switching to EDGE very quickly once the 3G signal is lost.
.......Excellent call quality. Calls are loud and clear, with little to no background noise.
.......Speaker Phone quality is very good on low to medium volume setting. Fair on high volume.
.......Wi-Fi (complicated) I'll have to read the manual to figure it out. The BB Curve was much easier to figure out.
.......Windows Mobile 6 Professional
.......Very sturdy slide mechanism. The Tilt screen awesome.
.......3MP camera takes very good pictures, going by the ones that I've taken so far. Taking pictures requires a steady hand, and optimal lighting conditions due to not having a flash.
.......The 240 X 320 QVGA screen is clear and bright. It is also easy to read in direct sunlight due to the tilt screen.
.......Mini USB Port. ( It uses the same chargers as my Motorola handsets.)
.......The soft-touch finish on the back make the phone easier to grip, and well as providing a non slip surface while placed on a table or counter top.
.......Solid construction, with a great look and feel to this device.
.......GPS feature is a plus
.......QWERTY keyboard is great. However, I wish the keys were a little more responsive
.......The processor speed of the Tilt make surfing the web a pleasure. Applications open up with very little lag, So far I have not experienced the freezes or lag that some of the Tilt users have complained about.
.......I love the included "Halloween" ring-tone.
.......Voice dial works good.
.......Many e-mail options to choose from.
.......The home screen is very customizable. Easy to set the icons on the screen to meet my needs. I also love the one touch message icon.

CONS:
.......Power button could have been raised a little more above the surface.
.......Screen times out after after a few minutes while I am reading through pages on the web. I have to tap the power key in order to light the screen up again.
.......Takes a while to power on and off due to WM.
.......No camera flash
.......Fair battery life so far. (Only getting 2 days on a full charge.)

Final thoughts:
.......The Tilt is a truly amazing device. It will definitely satisfy the power PDA users. I did find myself having to read a phone manual for the first time with this one,:o in order to figure out how to manage the applications, and features.......I highly recommend the Tilt! :)
