I believe that your suggestion is being worked on at this very moment. It is a great idea...and I would like that, as I will be browsing the site from only my phone the next few days.
I've been searching around on the web for software that will do create this for me. However, the only one I have found (wiforums.net) got mixed reviews. I'm hesitant about paying for it and then having to deal with a lot of annoying issues.
Does anyone know any other software I could use to create a mobile version of this site?

Dunno of any. But you might want to take the t-mobilesignal.mobi domain before someone else does...

1. buy the domain asap
2. from what i've seen, it seems both hofo and pinstack use wiforums. as a wiforums USER, i haven't had a problem with it. not sure how things look on the ADMIN end of things. if you want me to tool around with it, i can
3. just checked out the mobile version. works great in the blackberry browser (4.2.0.64), opera mini 3, and opera mini 4 beta.
4. how about a subdomain meanwhile? wap.t-mobilesignal.com or m.t-mobilesignal.com or something along those lines
I'll look into creating a sub-domain this evening. :)
