View Full Version : Did you know?
Beginning May 31, 2007, there will be a $5.00 fee for taking a payment with a Customer Care Representative for customers and employees. T-Mobile is trying to decrease the number of payment-related calls. From now on, you can either go to T-mobile.com under My T-Mobile or call 1-800-937-8997 and pay through the automated system.

This is stupid. Almost as stupid as customers who refuse to make payments online with a credit card and then complain when they have to wait in line for a rep at a store. They have at least 3 alternatives and if they don't like it, I have no sympathy.

So pretty much this only affects anyone that calls Customer Care to pay their bills? Not a bid deal for me at all...as online paying works fine for me.

I think this affects anyone that calls Customer Care and goes through a LIVE CSR to pay their bills. I've read somewhere that T-mo has a telephone automated system that you can still pay through for free... though I'm not sure how it works since I've never done it, or even confirmed that T-mo has such a system...
