 I have T-Mobile Web so I can check my e-mail while I'm out. My problem is that it won't let me access my Verizon E-Mail account from my phone. There's also no option to go to e-mail like my E635i had. I have a W490 now. Does anyone have any suggestions? I called CC and was told to set it up through My T-Mobile ( which I did) and that still didn't help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you trying to use POP3 and forward your e-mail to your phone, or check via WAP?

Bumping this thread a bit here, I've noticed that as far as my GMail POP access on my Dash, I've noticed that it doesn't keep my recent Gmail e-mails around.. It shows me my new e-mails, and then they disappear on the next refresh. This doesn't happen with my Hotmail or Yahoo mail, though.. Any suggestions?

Check your options in Gmail itself. I know there is one where you choose what to do with messages that you've read.

Yeah I think that is changed in the basic options for Gmail, or the Gmail application on your phone.
Also, if you have the POP3 settings from your mail provider, then there should be an option on your phone to set this up..should be under messages. If you don't have this option, it is likely your phone doesn't support push e-mail.

Found the page for setting up Gmail for WM6, and this gives me all of my e-mail to my phone instead of giving the new ones and then disappearing after the next refresh..
