That's EXTREMELY small! I'd suggest using Picnik (http://www.picnik.com). It is a web-based picture editor...really cool actually!

I can make the logo any size you want, its vector, so no problem. Just let me know what size do you need it :D

Plus, there is a thumbs up icon! But it does not show on the smilies, I dont know why :(

smilies and post icons are in different databases with vbulletin. you could copy the image's url and put it between and tags though
