So my MDA is recently having trouble. the touch screen i no longer working!! Before I call in, does anyone know if they are offering an alternate exchange on this device? If so what is it. I don't mind the MDA, but just wondering what my options may be.

If your MDA is still in warranty it will either be another MDA or a WING
Yeah, most likely another MDA because they put it back up on the website about 2 months ago for a really good price and then took it off very quickly.
But you never know, pray for a wing:p
