Is it just me or is it really hard to get the sim out of the WING. I just had the phone a day and tried to take it out to use my other phone and i couldnt get it out!!!! Any help please thanks!

It is really easy to get the sim card in and out. Just make certain to pull the release for the sim card after you take the battery out otherwise it will not move down and make getting the sim card in and out a pain.

Yeah I did that! But the problem was I would begin to pull it out like 1/4 of the way and it would just get stuck , it was in there so tough i had to get my mini pliers out to get it out!

Hmm sounds like something is out of place in there. I do not take mine in and out alot, but when I have to take it out it comes out easily. Is your sim card perfectly flat or does it have any kind of bend in it. I would try another sim card in the device, and see if it gets stuck. If it does I would look in the sim card slot to see if anything looks bent out of place or take it by a t-mobile store and see if they will let you compare it to the one they have on display.
