I can tell you with certainty that the relationship with T-mobile and TMS is being discussed at the highest levels of T-mobile. I don't have any reasonable expectations that The Mobile Solution will be carrying T-mobiles product much longer.

That is good to hear. I lied when I called them shady. Shady would be avoiding telling a customer the truth. They straight up lie to customers, and do anything they can to sell, even if it is dishonest. They are dragging T-mobile's image down IMO

The last part of your sentence is exactly why T-mobile is looking at removing them from part of the companies points of sale. Part of the BIG 5 goals of T-mobile this year is to bring better experiences to the customer though I won't write exactly what those goals are in exact words The Mobile Solution and its practices are in contradiction with at least 3 of them. I don't think we will be seeing that relationship around much longer.

i hired a guy about a month ago that worked at TMS and man did he have some stories to tell. phantom churn, 2yr contracts instead of 1yr, signing people up on a family plan that only wanted one line, new activations when customers only wanted to upgrade, the list goes on and on. incidentally he got fired. he just couldnt sell.

Man, i hit a rough patch and worked there for about a month and a half. They made me "acting manager" after 3 guys got "teh choice" - resign or be prosecuted. Then the local detectives searched my apartment after the kiosk was robbed twice by people that had keys to the cabinets. Hmmm, wonder who that couldve been. I was told that i had to outright lie in order to keep the numbers up and that was the day I quit. They wanted me to say free texting for a year, and free insurance for the same year. I am a salesman tried and true, but Im not a liar. Im sure you have seen the ripoffreport.com stuff, and i can say its all true. Booze, blow, all of it. One litte clique used to try to keep custy's DLs and CCs, then bitch at me when I would go drop them in the mailbox. The only good thing about that place was the prepaid Rokrs for $75, good price for a cool phone.

Wow, I didn't know that they were that bad. I had a friend that worked at one briefly, but he never mentioned anything like that happening. I only went to one nearby one time and that was because I bought a sim card from them when one of mine fried. That was while my friend worked there. They let me pay for it when I got my next paycheck since I didn't have the money at the time. I always had a bad vibe from that booth, though, and normally went to the T-Mobile store just a little further down, I just didn't have the money up front to get the sim card, lol. I'm definitely staying away from there now, lol!

I doubt if every single location is that bad, at least i hope theyre not. If they lose T-Mobile theyre effectively out of business, theres only a couple of locations that also sell Cell One. I wouldnt miss them.

I know there's a store in Kings Plaza, Brooklyn
I made an advertisement at work, and tell every soldier in Fort Totten and Fort Hamilton to stay away from this store
if I found any news against TMS on AM NY, I'll post

well, well, well what an awsome topic this has turned out to be. I do need to add my two cents about this company because I once did work for them, almost two years as a matter of fact.

When I started with them, the company was not bad. I worked in the West Florida market an honnest one. A market that was once in the bottom of the line and made it's way up to the top 7 markets in the country. My regional at the time left the company to go live with his family up in north philly and someone else come in. Well let's just say. the market I worked for started to lie to
comstures about the plan they where signing up for,
lie about activations fee's,
add lines when I feel we where not spose to,
Do upgrades and add lines and tell the customer the phone was free because we have to many of them
Post activate customer's accounts to if the customer was approved for two lines there wa a loop hole to get them as many as they wanted.
Force credit through to get any customer approved even with no credit, bad credit or past debt's with t-mobile
moves customer bans around to get the best deal on new lines
The list goes on and on...

Then December rolls around and The biggest fraud in the company was found in my market
Fired the Market Director
Two Trainers
and a regional all for fraud

That company is nothing but fraud, and a loss to t-mobile. Take a look at the BBB on them it's like page, after page, after page..

Do your self a favor go to the CORPORATE stores...
