Hey there everybody so I was just checking out the T-mobile website and I noticed this new plan for Individuals. Being from Vegas I was just curious as to why T-Mobile would pick Las Vegas for this special rate plan? Sorry if I didn't post the link correctly, It's my first time.

well, this plan used to be for a long time., it covers nevada and california as your local area, you have 3000 minutes to call any where in the usa but if you dont have to be charge for roaming, you must be in cal or nevada to make the phone calls.
btw, this not only works in nevada-california, also this regional plans are all over the country, NY also is incluided.

I wonder why the Vegas one was the only one on the website?

Haha your not an idiot. When I was looking through the rate plans one time, not logged into my account, I was confused for a bit as to how it knew I was in Minneapolis.

Boston has a similar regional rate plan, 3000 minutes for $49.99/month, no roaming or long-distance charges for calls made within the plan's regional area (which is all of Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island).
Calls made that are going outside of this area will incur long-distance charges. Calls actually made while outside of this area will incur long-distance charges as well as roaming charges.
