a few suggestions

all members should be able to:

1. modify their user title

2. avatars could be bigger... perhaps 100x100 or 120x120

3. add profile fields (that are displayed with each post) stating what phone each member has.

4. profile pictures could be bigger, say 640x480. 100x100 is very tiny for a profile pic

5. perhaps set the post layout to classic, so poster information would be along the left hand side, rather than taking up precious vertical real estate.

I think that is a great idea. Once someone gets a premium membership, they get those options, or that is their default. I like how ya think

how about also increasing the size of a signature image? 9.8k is way too small... i'd say maybe 40k or so. i just made a really nice sig, but i can't show it to you all :\
