Which one is a better deal? getting a upgrade or waiting for plan to expire and opening a new one?

if you dont mind to lose your number.. get a new plan and phone. some times with new customers is better choice..

There is always that activation fee to remember...and you lose your number. I think if you are on month to month with your bill, and you renew for a year, you should get the same prices as a new customer.
