I just noticed that from 6pm Pacific to 7:30 Pacific my Text message bucket was reset. I have the 400 Text package and had used about 100 texts this month. I did notice that my MMS bucket is gone now on MyTmobile. Should I give customer care a call?

Wanted to add that I was in the store today to look at the Razr2. And my account did get pulled up. But no changes were made. It was only done to check my upgrade status.

If that particular day was the first day of a new billing cycle, everything resets - minutes used and the number of text messages sent/received.

I actually figured out the issue last night. When I was in the T-Mobile Corp store to look at the Razr2. My account was pulled up to double check upgrade elegibility. When the rep was in the account he apparently accidently removed my Text bundle and then re added it. When it was re added it reset the count. I have check with customer care. They apologized for the error and told me that the $4.99 will show prorated on the next bill. So I am happy. There seems to be no other issues. And I had the rep on the phone repeat my entire plan details. Nothing else was tocuhed.
