I have always found good deals on the Micro SD cards that I have purchased by checking the sales ads in my local paper on Sunday, or on eBay.

Meritline.com normally has some pretty good deals on microSD cards. I bought my 1GB Kingston microSD for $9.99 and free shipping. I believe they have some right now with a USB microSD card reader for $13 - $15 shipped.
