when I came back home today, my bro-in-law told me he lost his phone when shopping
I asked him whether he has backup SIM, he found one*
called from my phone, told CS the situation, but I encountered a problem
my number is not a part of the family plan, I offered 2 numbers and SS# for the family plan members
but CS told me still not good
but after I provide his daughter's number, the CS told me it's head of the account
called to his wife to get her daughter's SS#
once I provided it, everything goes downhill
then I put the replacement SIM in, and key in #686#, it worked
*I realized it's SIM came with N-gage, that I never used
