I have seen several forums, and found none has the ability to concentrate users well, and close out in a year
but I see this one is a lot different than others, more active members, and one thing is the most important: the provisioning, even the color, it gives the familiar feel of the carrier

Yeah, you are much better off that way.

Quick explanation: T-mobile uses them as a 3rd party dealer. They lie to their customers often, treat their employees like crap, and switch around plans all the time and are just in general a dishonest company. We're thinking and hoping T-mobile drops them soon. They are stain on T-mobile's record.
