Depends on what you want to do.

Hmmm...well when I turn 18, I think I'm going to get a job with T-mobile....however, the only experience I will have is a year at a coffee shop, but I'll probably know more about cell phones then anyone else they are interviewing, any chance I will get the job?

While cell phone knowledge is a plus, theres significantly more to this job than knowing how to set up someones email. It is much easier to train someone how to program a cellphone than it is to teach them to sell.

When you walk the interview, be personable, be friendly and be confident.

These are S.T.A.R. interviews so they are situation based, eg tell me about a situation at the coffee shop where a customer wanted a refund and how did you handle it. There will be 4 to 5 questions of this type, all situation based and its always best to answer with a specific example and generally the interviewer will request just such an answer.

@the op, if you really want the job, do a little research about positions that are open. Check the T-mobile career section of the website, there is little we can do here to help you actually find the position, if you are really serious you need to figure it out on your own. Show some initiative, thats one of the best qualities a salesman can have, the desire to go out and get something, thats sales and now is the best time to start learning that process.
