That's why I can't wait to move back to Sac next year..! Only complaint I have is spotty coverage in the south side but would rather have Tmo than any other company out there.

Moving back to Sacratomato huh, awesome! I'm a little ways away, about 150 miles northwest of there, Redwood Valley is 8 miles north of Ukiah or 115 miles north of San Francisco. We go over there once in a while, to visit, train watch, shop or just goof around. What part are you going back to? I like the Arden-Arcade area, I lived there for a couple of months this year (Jan and Feb) while attending the Modoc Railroad Academy in Pleasant Grove, I lived in Howe Ave apts, right across from Mel's Diner and just up from Fair Oaks Blvd. It was really convenient to the light rail, a plus for me.
Edit-Carmichael and Fair Oaks are really nice too. We plan on moving over to Sac in the near future, my parents and I both like it there a lot. It's beautiful here, but there's just not much going on, and my parents would like to be closer to things now that they're getting older (they both turned 73 this year), though they're both in excellent health.

I lived in the Lemon Hill/Fruitridge part of South Sac, only a few blocks from Hwy 99 and minutes from Stockton Blvd, Fruitridge Rd, Franklin Blvd.. The new South Line Light Rail is just behind Campbell's Soup from me (which is excellent cos when the breeze is right, you can smell the freshly cooked Prego marinara sauce).
I used to work in the newer Federal Courthouse just across the street from the Sacramento Valley Amtrak station, which worked out supremely when I had to go to San Fran in June '06. A Capitol Corridor train from there to Richmond, BART from Richmond to Powell Street in the City.. Public Transit is one thing I love in California; here in Topeka, the bus service ends at 6p weekdays, no Sunday service (then again, I work Sundays) and the only train service is the Southwest Chief which arrives at 5 or so in the morning. Nearest Light Rail is Kansas City, but even then it's still in the planning stages. Sacramento's just turned 20 and I remember riding it on day one..
Back to topic, I know T-Mo unrolls the new stuff out West first and am grateful for that.. When they brought out the new voicemail (roll-to-roll reel icon replacing SMS notification) in Sacramento, it was still months, maybe a year, until they brought it out to Topeka..
