Here is an idea. It will either be really bad...or might actually work.

Could we possibly make business cards, and then either members that work for mobile phone companies (probably T-mobile or an indirect dealer) could give them out (unofficially most likely) to customers. It could have the URL to the forum, and the official Customer Service number to T-mobile.
Just an idea...what does everyone think?

good idea, but i don't think company policy would allow employees to do this

actually what i did was print address labels with the url and my nickname and stick them on the back of my business cards. unfortunately i just ran out of cards and itll be a week or two until my new ones get here.

I've been talking with the admin about this idea and how far I can push this while at work. I'm going to follow the same general idea of red and just place them on the back of business cards. I'd like to put them on a box but if they use the buyers remorse time and its NOT me helping them return the equipment I could get into some serious trouble if my regional manager is hanging around that day.

Whatever you do guys, don't put your job on the line. It's totally not worth getting in trouble for!

Congrads man! That's great news! What do you attribute the success of your stores to?

You should open one in Minnesota. I would love a job in the wireless industry! Every time I go to a store I end up teaching the reps about their phones.

That is a great idea, putting the URL on the back of the cards though. Like the Admin said though, don't risk your job over it!

well our financial backer is a multi millionaire and his mindset is the more locations you have the more money you can make. so we just keep opening new stores. our biggest focus is customer service. there are 3 owners. my brother, his best friend, and the moneyman. my brother was a manager for corporate t-mo for 7 years in houston and san antonio markets. his friend was his senior sales rep for those 7 years. so 14 years of experience on both sides of the business(managing, saleing) makes a big impact.

Once this forum gets larger, I wonder if you and I can strike up some sort of shared advertising or partnership deal? You advertise my website and I advertise your company. Could something like that work?

i dont see why not. only thing that might hinder it is we do most of our advertising through giovatta.the same company that t-mo uses. t-mo pays for the advertising so they get to say what we can and cant do. but we do our own advertising as well. and that we can put whatever we want.
