How many days AFTER the end of your billing cycle do you get your bill?

It's been going on 2 weeks AFTER the end of my cycle, and I have yet to see a new balance on My T-mobile let alone a paper bill. Don't know if it matters, but I'm on a corporate plan. How long does it normally take to show up online?

I'm on an individual plan and I can check my balance from the phone about 4 days after and then the paper bill shows up a few days after that. Have you checked the balance from the phone? #225# talk

I've been checking #bal# everyday now. It still shows a zero balance. This is 15 days after the end of my billing cycle.
