New Look & Feel

Hello everyone,

After consulting with several members, I have come to the conclusion that there were too many forums. Until there are more users, the new forum structure will remain. As the forum grows, I will explore ways to change the structure to best fulfill the needs of all the members on this website. I hope you understand the reasoning behind my decision. I truly believe this website will soon be the best resource for T-Mobile customers and I hope you do too!

We need to get a larger member base.
Here is one of the problems I saw:
Because there were so many sub forums, it was hard for users to browse through and answer questions, because they had to click on so much.
I think as the site grows, the forums will switch around a little bit.

I never got to see the old way!:( This way is nice though. I guess I will get to see it if it comes back someday.:)
