According with AndroidandMe, the new Android phone from Motorola, The Motus, will support WCDMA Band 4 used by T-Mobile USA. Motorola has registered the trademark “Backflip” which could end up being the official name of this phone.

After the big news about the new Samsung T949, maybe the Memoir 2, T-Mobile is preparing a new low end phone, the new Samsung T139.

“The Samsung T139 is an entry level GSM phone with basic features such as SMS, MMS, Bluetooth technology and IM as well as T-Mobile’s MyFaves program to keep in contact with customers’ favorite people. Yes folks, Samsung is preparing a new phone with 480 x 800 pixels resolution (same as the Omnia II), the new Samsung T949. However, this is not the greatest news here. Apparently this phone will land soon on T-Mobile  USA.  As you know all the T series ending in 9 will end on T-Mobile and I believe this won’t be an exception. 

The new Samsung T949 will feature 480×800 screen size, 3G and aGPS. The Browser is going to the the Dolphin version 1.5. We are not sure about if it will be the Samsung Dolphin Browser with multiwindows that you can find on the Samsung Jet or the new Dolphin browser for Android.
