RIM is thinking to replace its Blackberry Bold 9700 with the new Blackberry Bold R020 this October 2010. The BlackBerry Bold R020 (9780 ? )will be almost similar to the 9700. Internal changes include a 5 megapixel camera sensor, and 512MB of RAM up from 256MB. It will also launch with BlackBerry 6. Also will feature aGPS, WiFi and UMA capable ( only used by T-Mobile and Rogers), Quadband EDGE and Triband HSDPA including 1700/2100.

We just have to wait until RIM makes the official announcement.
