I happen to be a MobileLife Manager who also worked for TMS. It's been over a year now with At&t and of course with any job there are struggles. It's a much different beast switching from T-Mobile to At&t. Now I'm not saying there is no fraud....because we all know that there will be fraud in Authorized Retailers. But I for one have gotten many fraudulent employees fired personally myself. That's sort of My job with MobileLife. I rotate from store to store in my market. Clean House...fire and hire. I stay focused on profit and ignore the rants for numbers numbers numbers. That's the key. I still bank with out having to do fraud and I do not accept it in my kiosks. We'll never be rid of fraud, it's human nature. But for every bad person there is a good person as well. I'm sure I'll be bashed either way but I do love my job and enjoy working. Sometimes yes unorganized, a lot of kinks to work out, but when you're having fun doing everything the right way and you know you're making the difference, while making great money that pays off your schooling... then it's totally worth it.

So i work for a tmobile dealer that replaced one of the tms locations in colorado. I have to deal with the customers they screwed everyday. Including today. A verizon customer that ran his credit here almost a year ago found out that there were 5 lines in his name. This older gentleman's credit it much worse for it. What do i tell him, sorry? The majority of the folks that worked for tms were habitually fraudulent. No offense to the few honest salesmen that worked there and read this but that company was and is an embarrassment. For the diehard tms guys out there you need to find another industry. Being thankful for the "skills" that company taught you is ludicris.

@Working with a ex TMS clown are you referring to Ahmed Khalaf by any chance because if you are you just described my fradulent ex-tms manager to a Tee.

i was recently a tms employee i got let go about may 25th when the entire tms company was bought out by corporate tmobile not "the mobile life" i dont know where that came from because we all knew what was going on from the day all of the employees in rochester found out. but the shady part was that we all were told we would get rehired with tmobile corporate by tmobile themselves. and the best part out of 45+ ppl 3 GOT HIRED!.

I work in a brand new market being run by an Ex TMS employee. This guys is a total joke. He knows nothing. I have read all of the above statements and now without even hearing a word about TMS before I now know why they where SHUT DOWN by T-Mobile. I think there was something about not being paid for conference calls up there somewhere... Hit that one right on the head. 2 a week that sometimes last up to 2 hours. Bottom line he is expecting our numbers to be as high as his fraudulent numbers with TMS. Not going to happen.
