How sure of this? Have you confirmed or did you just pull it off of a new user at PhoneScoop? You need to confirm info like this because it is wrong…

As I am the one who sent this to them, I can say for 100% that this is the list pulled from T-Mobile news internal site. If it is wrong then T-Mobile posted it wrong internally.

hey chaos4all .. did you send this info to them??? to me?.. i dont think so……T-Marco

@chris: Cut them some slack :) Assuming this works as planned, T-Mo will have lit up almost 30 markets a few months from now. It’s not like they won’t continue expanding, you know…

TMarco, I sent the list of launch cities to you yesterday morning on BG. I didn’t include the launch dates that you have on some of the cities. :) I just choose to remain anonymous as I have sent other things like the OTA update for the LX and a few other things that shouldn’t be leaked early :)

Are the existing phones that don’t run on the 3g network are gonna be upgraded?

  16. T-M on August 22nd, 2008 7:41 pm

there is already 3g sevice on ny and las vegas, and some phones dont show 3g on the screen because tmo removed the icon. but the speed is faster,

the 3g is hardware, not software, so, any phone that is edge only can be upgrade to 3g

Wait wait wait. so, 3G network soon. great! But what kind of 3G hardware is going to be released? I am interested in a smart phone, sidekick to be particular but i don’t want to get slammed with 2 years of edge data right after they switch to 3G

I bet that michael kid that posted on August 19 feels like a complete idiot.” Because this is totally wrong” ummm no its no dumba*s I have a 3G T-Mobile Sony ericsson and their 3G service is sweeeet. Also, someone said something about not being able to find a 3G SIMCARD? Uh yeah, about that….. You don’t need to change sim cards to use their 3G service. Additionally, sidekicks suck. They were cool 10 years ago. Now they are just big and ugly(especially the LX) Get a G1 or Blackberry if u don’t wanna be a teenybooper or highschool wigger
