USA Samsung Galaxy S II page almost up.. almost

By: t-marco July 27th, 2011

Seams that Samsung is getting really close to the USA launch of the Samsung Galaxy S II. Apparently, when jumping on the Samsung U.S. website you can search for the Galaxy S II and from there, click on a link to be taken to the Galaxy S II page where you can register for updates. The only problem is the link does not work yet… its broken.

Samsung will officially announce the new and improved Android phone, the Galaxy S II this August. The 4 major carrier will carry it, AT&T ( Attain), Verizon ( Function  ), Sprint (Within) and T-Mobile ( probably just Samsung Galaxy S II or Vibrant 2).

Stay tuned for more information.

By: t-marco July 24th, 2011

This is your perfect time to own an Android phone, have 4G speeds and pay almost nothing. BestBuy is offering the Samsung Galaxy S 4G for only 49.99 with 2 new years contract for new customers.

The Galaxy S 4G is very similar to the existing Samsung Vibrant, a popular Android phone. It has the same 1-GHz Cortex-A8 processor, runs Android 2.2 on a similar 4-inch Super AMOLED screen, and has the same 5-megapixel camera. But it also has a front-facing 1-megapixel camera for video chat, that 4G modem, and a larger 1650 mAh battery, all of which the Vibrant lacks. Also, where the Vibrant comes pre-loaded with the movie “Avatar,” this phone will come with “Inception.”
