[UPDATE]
T-Mobile executives said a software upgrade (Froyo Android 2.2) for the Samsung Vibrant is coming “tomorrow January 21th” but that the Apple iPhone’s hardware (1700/2100 3G bands ) prevents T-Mobile USA from selling that popular smartphone. So means, no iPhone for T-Mobile for now.

Continuing with T-Mobile’s HSPA+ expansion, FCC just passed, what looks to be, another HSPA+ USB modem for T-Mobile, the Huawei UMG366. Seams like all the UMG Huawei models end it up going to T-MO’s Network. First we had the UMG 1691 aka Web Connect Jet, then UMG 181 aka Web Connect .
Now the UMG 366 will feature HSPA+ is a rotatable USB stick that can reach up to 21mbps. So far, this USB stick does not have a name, maybe Web Connect 4G?. Stay tuned for more information.
