HTC Vision, an Android phone coming to T-Mobile?

According with an internal web page from HTC, looks like there will be one phone called Vision coming to T-Mobile, and now we just confirmed that the HTC Vision will be an Android phone possible running 2.1, but don’t worry, HTC just said that all the Android phone launched in 2010 will get the upgrade to 2.2.

The new HTC Vision will run OS Android 2.1 or 2.2. It will feature quadband GSM/EDGE  screen size 480×800, Qwerty keyboard, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, aGPS. There were some rumors about T-Mobile was training some employees for the HTC Desire. At the same time, FCC just passed one HTC device called HTC PB81120 with T-Mo 3G bands.

We don’t know when this phone will be available for T-Mobile but we know for sure it will be an Android Phone.

myTouch3G slide will get Android 2.2 froyo soon?

According with HTC,Android phones that will be launched in 2010, will get the new OS Android 2.2 Froyo.  That includes myTouch 3G Slide.

from HTC:

“if your phone was launched this year, we will most likely offer an upgrade for it to the Froyo version. This includes popular models like the Desire and Droid Incredible as well as hotly anticipated phones like the Evo 4G, MyTouch slide and upcoming models. We will announce a full list of phones and dates once we are closer to launching the upgrades. We are working closely with Google and our other partners to ensure we have the earliest access to everything we need to provide a complete and solid Sense experience on Froyo. We expect to release all updates in the second half of this year but can’t be more specific yet.”

New OS for T-Mobile Blackberry Bold 9700

An update is now available for T-Mobile’s BlackBerry Bold 9700. This brings stability improvements and other small enhancements to one of RIM’s flagship smartphones. According to T-Mobile, BlackBerry OS offers better performance in many areas of the device:

Voice calls over 3G.

T-Mobile will launch Nokia E73 Mode this June 16th

Finally the mystery is solved!.  T-Mobile will launch this June the 16th a new Nokia Smart phone, the Nokia Mode E73.  Back on May 8th, we told you about 3  phones possibilities about a new Nokia phone that just had passed FCC. One was the Nokia E63, Nokia E71 or Nokia N97. Now we know that it will be a new edition of the E71.

The new Smarphone Nokia E73 will feature a quadband GSM/EDGE, dual band HSDPA 1700/2100, Bluetooth 2.0, camera possible 3.0 MP with flash and autofocus WiFi and Mobile calling (UMA), and QWERTY keyboard.

Wait until June 16th when the Nokia E73 Mode will be available.

T-Mobile launches Blackberry Curve 8250 in Fuchsia

Right on schedule, T-Mobile just launched the new color refresh of the Blackberry Curve 8250, now in Fuchsia. As we told you also before T-Mobile is planing to launch another color refresh, but this time will be the Blackberry Curve 9700 in White.

The Blackberry Curve 8250 is now on sale on T-Mobile and it can be purchased for 49.99 with 2 years contract.  Choose between black white and now fuchsia.

Android Market gets a makeover

Google made some minor changes to the Market’s web site last night. It still doesn’t allow users to browse or download apps, there is no way to search through the apps. With Google I/O coming this week, the actual Android Market client is expected to get some changes soon, tied in to the release of Android 2.2.

T-Mobile offers new prepaid plan: unlimited voice, text, mms for 50 bucks

T-Mobile just announced the availability of its new prepaid plans. There will be two new options coming into the fold: a $50 unlimited voice, text ( includes videos and pictures)  plan along with a $15 unlimited messaging plan that leaves the voice part for 10 cents a minute.  These two plans will be available this Wednesday. We just need to ask T-Mobile when they are going to add more phones on its prepaid line ?

T-Mobile upcoming phones May-June 2010, dates and prices

T-Mobile is planing to launch a few phone this month and the next one. The first and closest one it the new color refresh for the Blackberry Curve 8520 now in fuchsia this May 19th for 49.99 with 2 years contract. Later on May 26th, another color refresh of the Blackberry Bold 9700 now in White for 129.99. Now in June 2nd (maybe the 16Th) we have the delayed myTouch 3G Slide in White, Red and Black for 149.99 with 2 years agreement. Also in June we have the GarminFone for 199.99.  Google just recently canceled the online sales for the Nexus One, leaving exclusively to T-Mobile to be the only USA carrier of selling it. It will be available any time on line and retail stores. There are others Samsung, Nokia and LG phones coming soon too.
