SEVEN, creator of the like-named mobile email and PIM solution, has officially announced an Android beta. What does this mean for Android users? Email that really “works”. what is included?
Our good friends over at Hiptop3 got their hands on this nice little surprise here. Folks, lets say hi to this next beauty joining the Sidekick family. The Sidekick 2009, pictured above, will feature some small changes compared to T-Mobile’s most recent Sidekick device, the Sidekick LX. The 2009, codenamed the “Blade,” should hold up to it’s name by being thinner, and more contoured. Oh, and we can’t forget that nice little thing called 3G. As the first 3G device in the Sidekick family, we are looking forward to testing the browser speed and quality to determine if this messaging device will also be a strong browsing device.
We know the iPhone has many restrictions, like Stereo Bluetooth, using it as a modem or sending picture via MMS. But, now, seams like WIT software is going to resolve this problem soon by launching a MMS applications for iPhone.
After a brief break of being in the spotlight, T-Mobile’s 3G network has popped up again, and we are more the glad to see this news. Our friends over at Engadget were sifting through T-Mobile’s press release regarding the release of the Samsung Memoir, when they stumbled across some exciting and unexpected news.
T-Mobile’s @Home UMA Service provides users with the ability to make calls through the Internet, without being connected to a wireless tower. Coming soon, T-Mobile plans to launch their @home service on a month-to-month basis. Watch the video for more details!
